Our Mission
From its origins in India, the term "curry" has become ubiquitous across the globe. With its complex story of trade routes, colonial powers and migrant workers, the fusing of flavours from Southeast Asia has lead to some of the worlds most beloved dishes.
The Roti-Shack brings you a unique menu of interconnected curries and some of its accompaniments, that are eaten all across India, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia,
All our food is hand made by us with the best ingredients. and all of our curries are always available with our signiture hand stretched and freshly cooked Roti.
Street Food
The Roti-Shack has become a regular at some of the best street food markets in Bristol and South Wales, and trades at some of the regions favourite breweries, tap rooms, pubs, food festivals and music events
Special Events
The Roti-Shack is available for a variaty of private and corporate events, and has catered for weddings, birthday parties, work place events and kitchen takeovers.

Our Story
With a passion for cooking, a real taste for curry, a
love of a Malaysian bread called Roti Canai, a lucky
chance of some cookery lessons with an amazing
world class Malaysian chef and a global pademic to
give the time to hone the skills, everything had lined
up to create what has become The Roti-Shack.
In 2022 we set out to sell our Roti and have since
had various cookery lessons in Malaysia, India Thailand and the UK , to extend our menu and create our truly unique and popular food offering.
